Orders

For registered users, you can check your orders after logging in.For users who have checkout as guest, you can check the status of your order by calling our hotline at 64545055.

No change can be made to your order after it has been confirmed. This is to facilitate faster processing of orders and smooth operations.

Yes, you can change the item in the event the item is defective. All exchange/refund request would be done on a case by case basis. In the event you receive a defective item, please ensure you fulfil the conditions below:

  1. Check the item upon receipt and highlight the defect to the delivery personnel
  2. Notify us on the defect within 3 working days
  3. Have a copy of your invoice

In the event a wrong item is received, please highlight immediately to our delivery personnel. We would do a redelivery of the correct item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any reservations.

You will have to make payment through credit cards via Paypal.

Yes, you can still make payment without a paypal account.

At the checkout page, simply key in the coupon code, click save and the discount will be automatically reflected.

Delivery and Store Pickup

No. Currently, we do not have self-collection service for our online store.

Orders may take up to 3 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Orders with standard shipping travel via our courier partners.
