Return & Exchange
There is strictly no exchange/refund of items purchased unless in the following circumstances:
- Defective item received
- Incorrect item received
We must be notified of any exchange/refund upon receipt of the item. Items should be checked upon receipt and any defective or incorrect items received would need to be highlighted to the delivery personnel. All exchange/refund request would be done on a case by case basis.
Sales items, discounted items or items purchased under promotional codes are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange/refund, you need to have the receipt/ invoice or proof of purchase.
If you're returning something, please drop us an email at email@example.com stating
- your order date
- your order number
- your product quantity, code and description
- your reason for returning
- you would like an exchange/refund
Once the exchange / refund is approved, we'll refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
All goods will be inspected on return. We will try our best to accept all returns, and returns to us need to be in original condition.
